Members must operate in compliance with all relevant laws and regulations of the jurisdiction in which they operate.
Members that sell goods or services must ensure that all advertising, marketing or other promotional materials must be honest in their descriptions and not deceptive or misleading.
Members must disclose all terms and conditions in a manner that’s easy to understand. Any and all material information will be disclosed clearly, and no Member shall conceal or hide terms or conditions.
Members shall not collude with others in terms of pricing, terms, availability or any other manner – but instead, will independently and ethically determine how products and services will be priced, sold or delivered.
Members will resolve disputes as promptly and reasonably possible, in a fair and professional manner. We expect Members to follow the Golden Rule and treat others as they’d themselves like to be treated.
Members will never harass, bully, threaten or otherwise treat other Members with disrespect. Moreover, IAECSP expects Members to behave honorably in their dealing with each other.
Members will never share details of any special pricing, extra services or other privileges IAECSP Partners offer to them. Moreover, Members will respect our Partners and engage with them in a professional manner.
Members will never engage in, nor support in any way, shape or form: fraud, theft, money laundering or terrorism financing. IAECSP expects Members to operate in a manner that minimizes the appeal for Member services, especially those related to financial services, to be used for any illegal activity. Moreover, Members will assist authorized local, state, federal or other law enforcement agencies in their lawful efforts to investigate and prosecute suspected illegal activities, including and specifically: fraud, money laundering or terrorism financing.
